Admission is free for active duty military personnel, and their families; including the National Guard and Reserves. This defined as currently serving in the United States Military–Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard–including Reservists, National Guardsman (regardless of status), U.S. Public Health Commissioned Corps, NOAA Commissioned Corps, and up to five family members.

Retired Military personnel are eligible for $1.00 off regular admission; including National Guard and Reserves.

The Bloomsburg Children's Museum will be participating in the Blue Star Museum Alliance program in 2021.
