This year we are excited to partner with the Bloomsburg Fairgrounds and open the conference to anyone who wants to attend.
Ethical hackers, information security professionals, and educators will bring the benefits of white hat hacking to the children and young adults at the conference. The conference features guest speakers, workshops, and STEM work stations. Attendees have a chance to win prizes, expand their knowledge, and explore the world of hacks!
Bloomsburg Mini Maker Faire
Sunday, April 17th
The Bloomsburg Mini Maker Faire® is a FREE Bloomsburg Children's Museum organized event hosted on Saturday, April 17th. This is a one‐day, family‐friendly event that celebrates arts, crafts, engineering, food, music, science and technology projects, and the Do‐It‐Yourself (DIY) mindset. It's for resourceful, creative people who like to tinker and love to make things. Craftsmen, artisans, performers, homesteaders, crafters, inventors, thinkers, and doers are welcome to apply to be Makers. The Faire will showcase cutting edge technology such as 3D printing and robotics, but also have more traditional trades such as woodworking, fine arts, and sewing crafts.

I found this little gem of a place while we were visiting the Pocono area. From an educator’s perspective is it so inspiring. I kept thinking if every preschool or kindergarten was designed like this place kids would love learning. Everything is laid out to appeal to kids and at their level. They can explore without the help of the parent which fosters independence. Setup seems based on Montessori principles but so much cooler. I was just as excited as my 4 year old son to discover and learn. Staff was incredibly, nice, approachable, and open. If I had a place like this near me we would be there all the time!Kim (Review from: Trip Advisor)
We love this educational, hands- on place. Just bought a membership because we love the homeschool hangout events they host twice a month, in addition to many other opportunities. Very friendly, helpful volunteers and Bloom U. students who help staff it. Highly recommend!Esther (Review from: Google)
