Join Keystone Wood Products Association to learn about the important role of forest products in everyday life. The Keystone Wood Products Association (KWPA) strives to strengthen and expand the base of lumber and wood products manufacturers in the Central Pennsylvania region in order to maintain and enhance the industry’s competitive position in today’s global economy.
KWPA will have wooden beads for kids to make necklaces, while they explain how trees store carbon. To complete the exercise, they will have the kids do carbon calculations to determine how much carbon is stored in their craft.
