Join Miss Chittum from Southern Columbia Area School District for a series of fun, hands-on art projects designed especially for middle school students. Each class will introduce students to different artistic techniques, styles, and concepts while giving them plenty of room to express their own creativity.

October 24 – X-Ray Hands & Value Pumpkins

Explore the art concept of value through two creative fall projects! Participants will learn how artists use light and dark shades to create depth and dimension while creating an X-ray hand drawing and value pumpkins. Experiment with shading and contrast while building drawing skills and creating artwork perfect for the Halloween season.
